We are seeking experienced Technical Architects to deliver strategic consultancy services. Ideal candidates will possess an innovative mindset, staying abreast of emerging technologies while effectively understanding customer perspectives.
In this role, you will collaborate with Solution Architecture and Project Delivery teams to develop comprehensive designs that align with client specifications, translating these designs into operational solutions when necessary.
Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments of existing IT services and converting your findings into detailed reports that highlight key improvement opportunities and outline a roadmap for implementation.
This diverse position will require a mix of working from our headquarters, remote work, and occasional travel to client locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sale Activities:
- Collaborate with the Solution Architecture team to create a detailed Cost Model during the proposal phase.
- Provide subject matter expertise during workshops throughout the sales process.
Post-Sale Activities:
- Conduct technical discovery assessments to gain insights into client environments.
- Review Statements of Work (SOWs) and Cost Models for accuracy.
- Serve as the technical authority, overseeing large-scale transformation projects.
- Engage in Technical Account Management and contribute to strategic roadmaps for assigned clients.
- Develop both high-level and low-level technical design documentation as required, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Act as the technical authority on the company's solution offerings.
- Translate solution designs into comprehensive Technical Architecture documentation.
- Conduct technical design workshops during the post-sale design phase.
- Perform scoping activities and draft the Project Scope, detailing project deliverables.
- Create Low-Level Design Documents and associated Functional and UAT Test Plans.
- Assist the Project Management Office in translating deliverables into a Project Plan.
- Present Technical Architecture documentation to clients alongside the Project Management Office.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Technical Consulting team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with architectural standards.

For a Cloud-focused role, candidates should hold Architect-level certifications in Microsoft Azure, including industry accreditations such as Microsoft AZ-104 and AZ-305.
