Job Title: Treasury Administrator (FTC)

Department: Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Assistant to join our Finance team at British Land. As a key member of the Treasury Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day management and processes of our treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Daily Cash Review: Assist in the review and analysis of daily cash flows to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Payments Process: Support the processing of debt and deposit payments, ensuring compliance with treasury policies and procedures.
  • Treasury Management System: Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of our treasury management system, City Financials, and run reports as required.
  • Treasury Compliance: Ensure compliance with bank account Know Your Customer (KYC) and authorisation requirements.
  • Debt Compliance Reports: Assist in the preparation of debt compliance reports, including Directors' Certificates and calculations.
  • Treasury Operations Improvements: Contribute to the improvement of treasury operations processes and systems.
  • Treasury Administration: Support treasury administration tasks, including deal checklists, data reconciliations, procedures manual, and archiving process.
  • Adherence to Treasury Policy: Ensure adherence to treasury policy and procedures.
  • Other Ad Hoc Administration: Provide other administrative support as required to the wider group Treasury team.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: Relevant treasury, banking, and/or payments experience.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage workstreams, self-review, and ownership of work.
  • Motivation and Problem-Solving: Motivated and keen to problem-solve.
  • Team Player: Responsive and collaborative team player.
  • Communication and Organisational Skills: Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Treasury Management System Experience: Experience with treasury management systems an advantage.
