Treasury Operations Specialist

About the Role:

Hays Accounts and Finance is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Administrator to join their team on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. As a key member of the Treasury Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Treasury Operations team with daily cash reviews and payments processing for debt and deposits.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the treasury management system database (City Financials) and running of reports.
  • Ensure treasury compliance for bank account KYC and authorisations.
  • Prepare debt compliance reports, including Directors Certificates and calculations.
  • Contribute to Treasury Operations improvements to processes and systems.
  • Support treasury administration, including deal checklists, data reconciliations, procedures manual, and archiving process.
  • Adhere to Treasury Policy and perform other ad hoc administration tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Relevant treasury, banking, and/or payments experience.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Attention to detail, with ability to manage workstreams, self-review, and ownership of work.
  • Motivated and keen to problem-solve.
  • Responsive and collaborative team player.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.

What We Offer:
