About the Role

The Assistant Treasury Manager is a key member of the Finance team at Yondr Group, responsible for analyzing and improving Group-wide data, cash flows, and processes. This role involves building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing debt compliance, and assisting in the design and implementation of treasury-related processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Debt Compliance Management: Assist in the management of debt compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and lender agreements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interface regularly with lenders, agents, and international project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Treasury Process Improvement: Assist in the design and implementation of treasury-related processes, cash management, and FX strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Banking Relationship Management: Assist in managing banking relationships and account management to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Financial Reporting: Work closely with Regional Financial Controllers and the wider Treasury team to ensure accurate accounting for treasury-related transactions.
  • Debt-Related Audit Support: Assist with debt-related audit queries to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in ad-hoc projects as required to support the Treasury team's objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of debt-related finance or treasury experience.
  • Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or similar) preferred.
  • Skills: Good analytical skills, experience handling large volumes of data, creative problem-solving attitude, and ability to provide recommendations and solutions to short and long-term challenges.
  • Desirable: Experience with construction-financing preferred.
