Treasury Operations Manager Job Description
**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Operations Manager to join our team at Hays PLC. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the Treasury function, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our financial operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist the Head of Treasury in implementing the annual treasury plan, ensuring compliance with treasury management policies and procedures.
* Ensure all treasury transactions are accurately accounted for in accordance with applicable accounting standards, reconciling treasury codes and managing data in Titan Treasury.
* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure effective cash flow management, debt management, and treasury operations.
**Requirements**
* Hold a CCAB accounting qualification and/or a treasury qualification.
* Proven experience in treasury management, debt management, and cash flow management.
* Strong negotiation skills with banks and lenders, and experience managing complex treasury portfolios.
