About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Operations Manager to join our team at Undisclosed. As a key member of our Treasury Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day back office activities of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Settlements and Confirmations: Manage the settlement and confirmation process, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Special Transactions: Process special one-off transactions, including step plans and static data updates within the Treasury Management System.
  • Banking and Settlements: Provide guidance on banking and settlements to external clients, local operating companies, and the broader treasury team.
  • Reconciliations: Review daily bank reconciliations and follow up on identified reconciling items with banking counterparts and local operating companies.
  • Static Data Management: Ensure that banking static data remains up to date and compliant with our clients' Business Process Standards and Treasury General Operating Procedures.
  • Process Improvements: Support the Treasury Operations Manager in identifying and implementing ongoing system and process improvements.
  • Compliance: Review, monitor, and guide Treasury and external teams on compliance with our clients' Business Process Standards and Treasury General Operating Procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: University graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Qualifications: ACT Qualification (preferred) or equivalent financial qualification.
