Job Description

At BNY, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our People Team as a People Services Administrator. This role is located in Manchester, UK, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support for employee inquiries via our knowledge management system.
  • Triage and escalate inquiries to experienced representatives, People Advisors, and/or People CoE's.
  • Produce and dispatch employee correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Provide general administrative assistance as required.
  • Prepare and submit payroll, Oracle, and Employee Self-Service system changes to the Workforce Administration team.
  • Assist with sickness and long-term disability cases.
  • Produce supporting documentation for employee lifecycle events.
  • Support corporate initiatives and HR projects as required.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks in a pressurized environment.
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines with a strong result focus.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with a high level of accuracy.
  • An enthusiastic team player who actively contributes in a flexible and adaptable manner.
  • The ability to communicate professionally at all levels both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience of working in a customer service environment with strong client orientation skills.
  • Proven experience in MS Office products.
