Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join the Redline Group Ltd team.

The Internal Sales Coordinator will report into the Sales Office Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and timely communication.

This role is vital in providing support to the Sales Office Manager with customer handling, quotations, and order processing as required, with particular focus on shipping and export.

Main duties & responsibilities of an Internal Sales Coordinator:

  • Liaising with customers over the phone and via email
  • Keeping customer records up to date
  • Updating production plans
  • Organising shipping for all shipments and export licences as required
  • Running various internal weekly/monthly reports
  • Managing company vehicles administration

Requirements of an Internal Sales Coordinator:

  • Previous experience of Internal sales - ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience of shipping administration is highly desired
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft packages

This is an exciting job opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist in the Electronics Manufacturing space.
