Project Coordinator Opportunity

Chase and Holland Recruitment Ltd is proud to be working with a market-leading company undergoing a period of growth, seeking a Commercial Project Coordinator to join their team.

Job Summary

This role would suit someone with experience in a project and construction environment, ideally with a strong background in project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage new commercial and upgrade orders from point of order through deliveries, installation, commissioning, and site visits.
  • Liaise closely with the production coordinator, sales estimators, manufacturing team, engineering, and finance teams to deliver projects.
  • Co-ordinate and plan engineers' diaries.
  • Maintain and update project records as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and clients.
  • Manage all administration created by your own work.
  • Learn, understand, and keep up to date on industry news, standards, and legislation.
  • Attend handover, business, or client meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Strong background in a project management setting.
  • Experience of working with technical products, preferably in a construction capacity.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisation skills and a good eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
