Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve performance expectations in line with our customer service department KPIs, maintaining accuracy and following company policies and procedures.
  • Operate within the rules and requirements of the FCA and other legal, regulatory, and risk management frameworks, ensuring all changes and procedures are implemented, understood, and adhered to.
  • Develop strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Utilize basic telephony and computer literacy skills to effectively manage customer interactions.
  • Maintain a positive approach to providing excellent customer service, with a focus on continuous improvement.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
  • Full and part-time roles available, with flexible scheduling between 8 am and 10 pm.
  • A rotational shift pattern, including weekends.
