Circle Health Group is seeking a driven and creative Marketing Officer to join our team for a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting our national products and services, driving GP referrals, and maximizing business growth across various hospital sites.

As a key member of the Sales and Marketing team, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies that encompass a wide range of channels, including digital platforms, social media, and offline initiatives. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing projects effectively, and analyzing data to measure campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for specific hospital sites, focusing on promoting national products and services to increase GP referrals and consultant caseloads.
  • Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms, including website content, social media engagement, and offline promotional activities.
  • Coordinate and manage open events schedules aligned with hospital growth plans, taking the lead in organizing and attending these events to promote our services.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to create targeted materials for consultants, maximizing local opportunities and driving business development.
  • Work closely with the Primary Care Liaison Manager to support GP seminars, study days, and other relevant events, providing sales tools and materials as needed.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the CHG design studio to develop creative briefs and minimize wastage, adhering to branding guidelines and media production policies.
