Playtech's Production division is seeking a Production Support Associate who is proactive, detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication abilities, and is a strong problem solver.

Reporting to the Production and Repairs Manager, this position is office-based. The role will initially involve part-time hours, transitioning to full-time in the near future.

The primary objective of this position is to support ongoing production and repair departmental needs based on customer demand. Comprehensive in-house training will be provided, covering all aspects of production and repair tasks performed by ECM systems.

Additional responsibilities may include cross-departmental collaboration within our busy customer service and inventory departments, with further training provided as necessary.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Triage of handheld devices and server-based tasks, including fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and setup of replacement units for customer return.
- Modular component repair of tablet and PC electronics, including hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Accurate and detailed record-keeping using spreadsheets.
- Repair and maintenance of various electrical components and hardware.
- Safe handling, lifting, and movement of equipment within both the Production and Inventory Departments.

- A foundational understanding of both software and hardware.
- Proficiency in using word processing and spreadsheet software.
- A flexible attitude with a strong motivation to learn and a solid work ethic.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Organizational skills, efficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
