Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of personalized support plans to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to customers, helping them to manage their tenancies and access local services.
  • Work with customers to identify and address any risks or concerns, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Contribute to the delivery of a housing management service, including income collection and providing customers with tenancy-related support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote customer involvement and consultation, ensuring that their voices are heard and valued.
  • Participate in team meetings and attend regular supervisions to ensure that you are up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with vulnerable client groups, preferably in a housing or social care setting.
  • Ability to demonstrate IT skills, including basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn specific IT systems used within Care and Support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varied hours and respond to changing circumstances.
