Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Associate at Sewell Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass operating the cash register, maintaining the store and forecourt, restocking merchandise, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the premises. Reporting Structure:
All associates will report to the Operations Manager, Site Manager, and Supervisor, ensuring that our customers receive a premier shopping experience while maintaining the store's high standards.

Work Schedule:
This position requires a commitment of 18.5 hours per week, with set shifts that will remain consistent throughout your employment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Associate, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming customers and providing outstanding service, assisting them with their shopping needs, and fostering relationships to encourage repeat visits.
  • Monitoring the store and forecourt to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Processing transactions at the cash register, managing cash and card payments responsibly.
  • Assisting with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and ensuring optimal product availability.
  • Offering guidance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store, checkout area, and forecourt to uphold a professional appearance.
  • Being vigilant about security measures within the store and forecourt.
  • Providing support during peak times and covering for colleagues as needed.
