About the Role

As a key member of the Field Sales Operations team at Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth ambitions across the Unmanaged Retail channel. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with the Field Sales Operations Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive contact strategy that optimizes methodology for contacting and communicating with customers at the outlet level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Field Sales Operations Manager in deploying the contact strategy, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and tracking performance, evaluation, and auditing within the Unmanaged Retail Field Team. You will also be responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights, providing valuable recommendations to drive the function and channel forward.

This role is ideal for a commercially aware individual with experience in FMCG and field sales operations. You will have a strong analytical and interpretive skillset, with the ability to deliver data in a user-friendly and relevant format. Additionally, you will be able to inspire great performance from 3rd party agency employees and present at Channel Team Meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Field Sales Operations Manager in developing and implementing the Unmanaged Retail contact strategy
  • Ensure alignment with business requirements and track performance, evaluation, and auditing within the Unmanaged Retail Field Team
  • Turn complex data into actionable insights and provide valuable recommendations to drive the function and channel forward
  • Work closely with the Field Sales Operations Manager to deliver a full integration of regular and flexible contact to maximize return
  • Be the central point of contact for Field Data & Analytics
  • Support the management of 3rd party providers on ways of working, capability, brand knowledge, and passion
  • Identify trends and make recommendations to experiment, innovate, and evolve outlet contact
  • Own the input of the outlet execution scorecard for the Unmanaged Team and drive accountability of themselves and others

Requirements:

  • Commercially aware with experience in FMCG and field sales operations
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills, with the ability to deliver data in a user-friendly and relevant format
  • Ability to turn complex raw data into compelling and actionable insight
  • Expertise in systems, especially MS Excel and CRM systems
  • Ability to present at Channel Team Meetings
