As a key member of the Field Sales Operations team at Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving our M2025 strategic priorities. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with the Field Sales Operations Manager to deploy our contact strategy, ensuring optimum methodology for contacting and communicating with our customers at outlet level.
The initial focus will be on the Unmanaged Retail Channel, which includes Symbols, retail clubs, and independents. You will be responsible for tracking performance, evaluation, and auditing within the Unmanaged Retail Field Team, working alongside the other Field Sales Operations Executive in this team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Field Sales Operations Manager to develop the 'Un-managed' outlet contact plan that is aligned to business priorities and executional delivery set against 3rd Party Supplier Contractual KPIs.
- Support the management of 3rd party providers with regards to in-year budget, forecast, and costs/KPIs/collateral required to activate work.
- Implementation of the channel shape of service against the agreed budget to deliver a tailored and optimized operation to influence all worthwhile outlets in year (regular and tactical callage).
- Support the Field Sales Operations Manager to deliver a full integration of regular and flexible contact to maximize return.
- Be the central point of contact for Field Data & Analytics.
- Support Field Sales Operations Manager with management of 3rd party providers on ways of working/capability/brand knowledge and passion of its team to deliver greater capability.
- Identify trends and make recommendations to experiment, innovate, and evolve outlet contact in order to drive the function and channel forwards in terms of capability and expertise.
- Own the input of the outlet execution scorecard for the Un-managed Team and drive accountability of themselves and others for any actions where necessary.
Requirements:
- Ability to inspire a great performance for Britvic via 3rd party agency employees.
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills, ability to deliver data in a user-friendly and relevant format.
- Commercially aware with experience in FMCG and field sales operations.
- Ability to turn outlet insight into commercial opportunities.
- Ability to present at Channel Team Meetings (Commercial Sales Team).
- Ability to turn complex raw data into compelling and actionable insight.
- Expertise in systems, especially MS Excel and CRM systems.
