Job Title: Sales Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small and tight-knit sales team of 5 people, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their positions.

The company is growing, and you will be fully involved in growing the team by another 2 people over the next 6+ months. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.

The company operates on a 4.5 working day basis, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule and the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. The salary for this role will be £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, plus additional monthly and annual bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
