About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Brook Street. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients in the B2B market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance sales potential and increase customer loyalty.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, with a focus on converting prospects into clients and driving revenue growth.
  • Networking and Representation: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Brook Street and build connections with potential clients.
  • Proposal Creation: Develop and present compelling proposals to clients, highlighting the value of our services and solutions.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms with clients to secure business agreements and drive revenue growth.
  • Revenue Maximization: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to clients and enhance their experiences.

  • Sales Experience: A proven track record of sales success and the ability to convert prospects into clients.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to engage with clients at all levels.

  • Driving License: A full driving license is required due to travel demands.

We offer a competitive salary of £28k - £30k (DOE) and a team performance-related bonus, paid quarterly (approx £3-£4k per qtr). Our benefits package includes:
