Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading global financial services organization to find a skilled Reward Transformation Project Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Transformation Leads within Reward and HR as they undertake a massive, global transformation project.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on similar transformation projects, preferably in the "Big 4" or Reward Consultancies. This role offers a chance to gain in-house experience and work on a two-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities- Project manage the reward and benefits review, including supporting the integration of the new HR system.
- Identify and champion opportunities to automate Reward operations, working towards automating and integrating these activities with the new HR system.
- Help draft reward and benefit processes and communicate with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with other subject matter experts within HR and key stakeholders to secure approval of design changes.
- Manage and own ad hoc projects to identify and develop solutions within reward and benefits.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for HR Business Partners and their stakeholders to enable them to make decisions, interpret policies, and resolve complex issues.
- Build and maintain a network of professional relationships to tap into and develop the best policies and plans for the organization.
