About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work efficiently to restock shelves, process deliveries, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including Lidl's private label products and services
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience

Requirements
