We are seeking a Personal Development Worker to join our team in supporting Maddie in Lanark. The successful candidate will work 21 hours a week, 1 or 2 days for a period of 6 months with the possibility of extension or permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Maddie in her daily life, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Assist with activities such as drama workshops, socializing with friends, and accessing local amenities.
  • Help Maddie to develop her skills and interests, including providing massages in a local salon.
