As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include serving meals and snacks in first class, providing refreshments, and maintaining the cleanliness of the train carriages.

Our ideal candidate is hardworking, polite, and resilient. You will be the point of contact for our customers and their queries, and your personality will play a significant part in the level of service you provide. We want our customers to love and remember their experience on East Midlands Railway.

As a shift-based role, you will work on a rota to provide customer service throughout the day, including weekends. You will also have access to a competitive salary, excellent Railway Pension scheme, and free travel on East Midlands Railway and other Transport UK Group companies.
