AWC STAFF SERVICES LTD is seeking a skilled Project Manager specializing in construction for critical infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will oversee various aspects of construction management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation of security measures on essential infrastructure sites.
  • Lead and manage teams of construction operatives.
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules, coordinating with contractors to meet project timelines.
  • Procure necessary equipment and materials for project execution.
  • Compile and manage quality assurance documentation, including commissioning records and inspection reports.
  • Generate SHEQ documentation, including risk assessments and method statements, to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to technical specifications and relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with contractors and clients to ensure efficient and safe project delivery.
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively, ensuring the presence of qualified personnel on-site.
  • Address technical inquiries and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
  • Create and revise project drawings for client and contractor review.
  • Prepare project quotations and assist in tender submissions.

Qualifications:

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • Emergency First Aid at Work certification.
  • Experience in working on AGI or similar gas-related sites.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Level 1 Health and Safety certification for Construction Sites.
  • National Grid 'Person' certification.
  • SHEA Gas certification.
  • Full UK Driver's License.
