About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Construction Recruitment People Ltd. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the construction director and commercial team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to reduce project costs.
- Monitor and control project expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards, meeting the requirements of the client and the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a commercial construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
