About the Role

As a Senior Site Manager at Morgan Sindall Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team of direct laborers, coordinate the activities of trades and subcontractors, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the construction site, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and standards

• Supervise direct laborers and coordinate the activities of trades and subcontractors

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven track record in delivering construction projects in a standalone capacity or as part of a wider delivery team

• Experience working in a Senior Site Manager role, with a degree or HNC/HND in a relevant technical discipline

• Familiarity with construction projects in the £5-£20 million range, particularly in the Educational, Healthcare, Leisure, or Defence sectors

• Hold a valid SMSTS and CSCS managers safety accreditation, as well as full First Aid and Temporary Works competency
