AWC STAFF SERVICES LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Construction to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Team Management: Lead and manage teams of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and technicians.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction projects meet the required quality standards, including technical specifications and safety protocols.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with construction projects, including health and safety, environmental, and financial risks.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme): Must have a valid SMSTS certification.
- Emergency First Aid at Work: Must have a valid Emergency First Aid at Work certification.
- Experience working on AGI or similar gas sites: Must have experience working on AGI or similar gas sites.
- CSCS: Must have a valid CSCS card.
- Level 1 in Health and Safety on a Construction Site: Must have a valid Level 1 in Health and Safety on a Construction Site certification.
- National Grid 'Person: Must have a valid National Grid 'Person certification.
- SHEA Gas: Must have a valid SHEA Gas certification.
- Full UK Driver's License: Must have a valid Full UK Driver's License.
