Associate Director of Nursing Medicine Division

To work collaboratively with the Director of Nursing, Divisional Director of Operations, and Medical Director to achieve the division's key performance targets, leading effective and efficient delivery of operational and clinical services with a focus on excellent clinical care and strategic, financial, and operational planning.
Main Duties- Lead and support specific portfolios/projects to ensure quality of care, excellent patient experience, and financial sustainability.
- Support the Divisional Director of Nursing in developing the strategic direction for the Division, working with the Divisional Senior team to guide the development and delivery of excellent nursing care.
- Provide clinical leadership that inspires, motivates, and empowers nurses within the Division, ensuring optimal deployment of nursing and midwifery staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Lead delegated work streams and work in partnership with the Directorate Nursing teams to ensure compliance with the Trust's strategic direction and the Nursing, Midwifery, and Allied Health Professional strategy.
- Support the Divisional Director of Nursing in Trust-wide developments and service transformation to meet the changing needs of staff, patients, and stakeholders.
