As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering medication and monitoring the care team's practice
  • Creating person-centred care plans and risk assessments
  • Engaging in meaningful activities with residents and promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect
  • Working within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
