Anaesthetic Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Anaesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team within the Theatre department at Spire Healthcare.
This position operates on a flexible, as-needed basis, allowing you to provide essential support during peak times and cover for colleagues during their absence.
Our facility handles a diverse range of surgical interventions, and you will play a crucial role in evaluating patients' health and wellness across a dynamic caseload. Your contributions will be vital in delivering tailored care that meets the unique needs of each patient. You will also be expected to advocate for best practices and engage in quality enhancement initiatives, systematically gathering and analyzing data to inform your assessments and share insights with relevant team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding patient care by performing anaesthetic duties in a surgical environment. Assist in evaluating patients' health and well-being across a varied and evolving caseload. Champion best practices and participate in initiatives aimed at quality improvement.Ideal Candidate:
You should be a qualified Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with a background in anaesthetics. A valid NMC or HCPC registration without any conditions or restrictions is essential. Ability to foster strong relationships with consultants and departmental staff. Exceptional communication skills are a must.Benefits:
