We are seeking a skilled Anaesthetics Practitioner to join our team at Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital on a bank basis.

This is a flexible role working on an "as and when required" basis, where you will supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

As an Anaesthetics Practitioner, you will support in assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patient's needs. You will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements, collect collate and organise data, interpret all of the information and make a justifiable assessment, making this available to relevant others.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary patient care carrying out anaesthetic duties in a theatre setting.
  • Support in assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
  • Promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements.

Requirements:

  • You must be a qualified Nurse or ODP with experience in anaesthetics.
  • You hold a valid NMC or HCPC pin with no conditions or restrictions.
  • Be able to build and hold relationships with consultants and staff of the department.
  • Excellent communication skills.
