Anaesthetic Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Anaesthetics Practitioner to join our team at Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital. As a bank role, you will work on an "as and when required" basis, supplementing staffing levels during busy periods and providing cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.
About the RoleAs an Anaesthetics Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing exemplary patient care, carrying out anaesthetic duties in a theatre setting. You will also support in assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, promoting best practice and contributing towards quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide anaesthetic care to patients in a theatre setting
- Assess patient's health and well-being, identifying areas for improvement
- Contribute to quality improvements, promoting best practice and evidence-based care
- Qualified Nurse or ODP with experience in anaesthetics
- Valid NMC or HCPC pin with no conditions or restrictions
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to build relationships with consultants and staff
