We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to lead our Cardiothoracic Surgery teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing deteriorating patients and providing continuity of care to our patients from admission to discharge.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the ALERT team in managing deteriorating patients across the trust
- Provide continuity and experience in managing elective and non-elective cardiothoracic surgical patients
- Facilitate daily ward rounds and ensure timely discharge for our patients
- Contribute to audit and research projects
- Valid NMC registration
- Currently practicing as an advanced practitioner at Band 7 or above
- Evidence of continued professional development to postgraduate level
- Master's degree level in a relevant field
