About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece London. As a leading main contractor with over 65 years of experience in the industry, we are looking for a skilled professional to manage a large, RC Frame residential new build project in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the project on site, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee Health & Safety and ensure the project is running smoothly.
  • Lead Quality Assurance initiatives and ensure high standards are met.
  • Manage a team of site staff and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Procure and instruct subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Chair weekly QA meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to resolve any design issues and ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing construction projects of similar value in the Residential sector.
  • Degree-educated background, with a strong understanding of project programming and delivery.
  • SMSTS and CSCS certifications.
