About the Role

KPMG is a leading professional services firm that offers a range of services, including audit, tax, pensions, and legal. As a Manager in our Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax compliance work to a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver corporation tax compliance work on a portfolio of clients, working closely with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners on larger client accounts.
  • Be involved in tax advisory projects, including advice on controlled foreign companies and the corporate interest restriction, as well as assisting on ad hoc advisory projects.
  • Deliver tax accounting work and work with Senior Managers and Directors on tax reporting work.
  • Ensure clients are kept up to date with emerging corporate and wider tax developments impacting their business.
  • Supervise the work of junior members of staff and provide coaching to support their development.
  • Be responsible for and report to Directors and Partners on client account management, including complying with quality and risk management procedures and financial management.
  • Support the leadership with business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Qualified CTA or ACA/CA or equivalent.
  • UK corporation tax experience.
  • Sustain a high level of energy, show enthusiasm, and a positive attitude that translates across the team.
  • Display an inclusive, collaborative approach and operate in a respectful manner with colleagues, clients, and the wider community.
  • Bring insight and effectively apply knowledge to business and client problems.
