Job Summary

We are seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team in West Kirby. The successful candidate will provide support and care to a 15-year-old young lady with cerebral palsy, assisting her with daily activities and promoting her independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to the client, including assistance with daily living tasks and mobility
  • Assist the client with educational and recreational activities, promoting her independence and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with the client, her family, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the client's care plan, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience of working with children and young adults with cerebral palsy or similar conditions
  • Valid driver's license (an advantage)
