We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Young Persons Worker to join our team at We Are With You. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people who are struggling with substance misuse or mental health issues.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with young people to assess their needs, develop personalized care plans, and deliver targeted interventions to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for proactively engaging with young people to provide them with the support, training, and education they need to make informed decisions about their lives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to design and deliver engaging sessions and materials that resonate with young people. You will also need to be able to evaluate the effectiveness of these sessions and make adjustments as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.
