About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Female Support Worker to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care in West Kirby. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to a 15-year-old young lady with cerebral palsy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to the young lady, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the young lady, her family, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the young lady's needs are met and her goals are achieved.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
