About the Billing Team

The billing team at EIP is currently undergoing a period of growth, with a focus on developing and expanding our billing function. We are looking for a skilled Billing Coordinator to join our team, who will be responsible for performing all billing duties in support of the team and contributing towards the continuing growth of EIP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and distribute monthly billing workload, including preparation of WIP reports, amending WIP, drafting and finalizing bills, and assisting paralegals with billing queries.
  • Oversee compliance with internal billing procedures and liaise with EIP's accounts team.
  • Assist with the preparation of statements of costs (interim and final).
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in legal or patent prosecution billing/client invoicing.
  • E-billing experience.
  • Previous work experience in accounting.
  • Professional attitude – personable, well prepared, flexible, and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent IT skills, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
