We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at Counter Terrorism Policing. As a key member of our Customer Service Centre, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services to our national infrastructure and networks.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage services to produce effective management intelligence reports
- Track service levels and hold regular service reviews with stakeholders
- Liaise with customers and users to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the ongoing delivery of authority service level agreements
