Intermediate Property Manager Role

We are working with a long-established firm of Chartered Surveyors providing wide-ranging property consultancy services across Prime SW and Central London.

About the Role

Within their Block Management team, they now seek an intermediate-level Property Manager as follows:

  • 1-3 years of direct and committed Property Management experience (professional qualifications beneficial but not essential - can be supported in post)
  • Reporting in to a SW London office base, working from home up to 2 days per week if desired (once settled)
  • Standard hours 9am to 6pm Mon-Fri with 1 hour for lunch
  • Managing a Central & SW London portfolio of mixed blocks, all in good order and long held
  • Undertaking the full range of duties (with support where needed), from budgets to insurance, repairs, major works and inspection
  • Clientele are cooperative and knowledgeable, so your approach should be quality-led, accountable, and communicative at all times
What We Offer

In addition to a friendly, vibrant team, regular socials, modern offices, and flexible working, the successful Property Manager can expect a starting basic salary up to £42k, bonuses for major works and new business, laptop & mobile phone, pension, 25 days holiday (plus public) with additional days off between Christmas and New Year.
