About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compassionate Employers Lead to join our team at TPP Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and expanding our wellbeing programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Development: Oversee and grow our wellbeing programmes, driving strategy, impact reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Benchmarking and Refining Programmes: Benchmark and refine our programmes to lead in support for bereavement and caring, ensuring they are tailored to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Launch and Support New Packages: Launch and support new packages for the sector, working closely with our team to develop and maintain resources, training, and awards.
  • Promotion and Collaboration: Promote our programme externally and collaborate to enhance its profile, building a network of experts and facilitators to support its growth.
About You
  • Experience: You will have experience in developing workplace wellbeing and/or EDI programs with tailored support materials, as well as creating and delivering engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
  • Relationship Building: You will be skilled at building strong relationships with various stakeholders, including externally, and have demonstrable networking and profile building experience.
  • Bereavement Support Knowledge: While bereavement support knowledge is advantageous, it is not required to apply.

  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £48,925 per annum.
  • Hybrid Working: A hybrid working arrangement, with 1 day in the office per week.
