Job Title: Compliance Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Lawyer to join our team at Zen Educate Limited. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on employment law, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead employment law and provide counsel on UK employment law, including employee relations, contracts, policies, and compliance.
  2. Support on commercial contracts, including drafting and review of a range of contracts and agreements.
  3. Act as a key thought partner to the executive team and Board of Directors on all things people, up to complex legal matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, industry regulations, and standards.
Requirements:
  1. 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in employment law.
  2. Commercial or M&A experience is desirable but not required.
  3. Experience working with executives to navigate legal matters.
  4. Competitive salary.
