About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workday professional to join our Store Operations team as a Workday Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to support the National Store Operations Committee and contribute to the success of our business.

As a Workday Assistant, you will provide comprehensive and professional support to Store Operations, ensuring the timely completion of tasks, projects, and audits. You will work closely with our Operations Colleagues and the Workday Team to communicate issues and create solutions through additional training or new user guides.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to Store Operations, including completing audits, running reports, and analysis to improve Workday compliance.
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, responding to requests in a polite and professional manner.
  • Ensuring the successful and timely completion of tasks, projects, and audits delegated by your Direct Leader.
  • Providing training to multiple stakeholders, including Store Managers, Area Managers, and Store Operations Assistants.
  • Assisting the Workday team in creating user guides and identifying knowledge gaps.
  • Assigning and maintaining accurate security groups for Store Operations.
  • Assisting the Workday team with testing of the digital adoption platform.

What We're Looking For

  • High level of experience using Workday.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced project environment with a proven track record.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with an ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work upon your own initiative effectively and efficiently.
  • Adaptable and flexible - change management skills are crucial to project success.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK & Ireland.
  • Strong understanding of working within Workday.
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and service line agreements.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate as a team with members based in separate regions.
  • Understanding the importance of GDPR policies.
  • Ability to analyse data to provide key information to support project goals.
  • Expertise in Workday beyond daily tasks to include advanced processes such as reporting, security management, and the ability to spot issues within Workday while completing tasks.

What We Offer

  • Salary starting £33,390 rising to £41,260.
  • 23 month fixed term contract.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working.
