About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Data Insights and Strategy to join our team at Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in harnessing the power of data to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Strategic Direction: Lead the business analysis team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Business Intelligence Reporting: Ensure timely delivery of operational and strategic MI, including operational reporting, sales reporting, marketing reporting, and ad hoc business intelligence reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders to understand business, product, and delivery objectives and drive alignment between their strategies and analysis activities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a small team of Decision Support Analysts to support stakeholders in growing an effective business analysis capability.
  • Commercial Modelling: Provide commercial modelling to support new business propositions and renegotiate existing contracts.
  • Business Requirements Gathering: Oversee the gathering and documentation of business requirements for new projects and initiatives.
  • Trend Identification and Risk Management: Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and recommend strategies to drive business growth.
  • Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, and deliverables are of the highest quality.
Requirements
  • Extensive Experience: +10 years' experience in business analysis, marketing analytics, advanced data analytics, digital analytics, media measurement, campaign and performance analytics, and data engineering.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
  • Culture Fit: Ability to promote a culture of continuous improvement within the business analysis team and throughout the organization.
