Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive compliance testing programs to identify and mitigate risks associated with consumer deposit and lending regulations.
  2. Collaborate with business units and functional areas to ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  3. Conduct regular reviews of policies, procedures, and programs to ensure they're up-to-date and effective.
  4. Write detailed compliance review reports and track issue remediation to ensure timely resolution.
  5. Maintain expertise in consumer compliance regulations and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements:
  1. Expert knowledge of consumer compliance regulations and the ability to interpret and apply them to monitoring and testing situations.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and propose solutions.
  3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Proficiency in Resolver or other Governance Risk Compliance tools and Microsoft Office applications.
