Compliance Risk Management Specialist

At Customers Bank, we strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a strong commitment to regulatory compliance. As a Compliance Risk Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our banking practices align with consumer deposit and lending regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, evaluate, and test compliance-related controls to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with Business Units and functional areas to ensure effective risk management.
- Develop and implement compliance programs, including risk assessments, monitoring, and issue management.
- Write formal compliance review reports and track issue remediation.
- Expert knowledge of consumer compliance regulations and ability to interpret and apply them.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bank policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Knowledge of Resolver or other Governance Risk Compliance tool.
- Microsoft Office applications.
