Compliance Risk Officer

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive compliance testing programs to identify and mitigate risks associated with consumer deposit and lending regulations.
- Collaborate with business units and functional areas to ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews of policies, procedures, and programs to ensure they're up-to-date and effective.
- Write detailed compliance review reports and track issue remediation to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain expertise in consumer compliance regulations and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Expert knowledge of consumer compliance regulations and the ability to interpret and apply them to monitoring and testing situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Resolver or other Governance Risk Compliance tools and Microsoft Office applications.
