Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned data professional to lead our data, analytics, and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful solutions in data management, analytics, and AI, and will be able to drive cultural change and foster a data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evolving and executing a comprehensive data, analytics, and AI strategy aligned with our vision and objectives.
  • Overseeing the management and optimization of data lakes, warehouses, and other data stores, ensuring robust data quality and governance across all platforms.
  • Leading the implementation of AI and intelligent automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experiences.
  • Driving advanced analytics initiatives to support existing and new data-driven insights across the organization.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, data literacy, and data ownership throughout the bank.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of data initiatives with business goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in data quality, analytics, and AI.
  • Managing and developing a high-performance team of data, analytics, and AI professionals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management, analytics, and AI, with a proven track record of delivering successful solutions in these areas.
  • In-depth experience and working knowledge of data management, data quality management, AI (both ML and automation), and advanced analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and foster a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with relevant tools and technologies, including data warehousing solutions, AI platforms, and analytics tools.
