Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to manage essential HR administrative operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of daily HR tasks and functions.

The successful candidate will assist the National HR Manager in realizing strategic HR objectives and initiatives. Additionally, support will be provided to the Divisional HR Manager to maintain compliance with applicable statutory regulations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Recruitment and Selection processes.
  • Facilitate the Performance Appraisal system.
  • Manage Training and Development initiatives.
  • Handle Industrial Relations and Employee Relations matters.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments and the Union & Bargaining Council.
  • Administer Payroll processes effectively.
  • Oversee Employee Benefits and Payroll Administration.
  • Participate in the Employment Equity Committee and assist with related requirements.
  • Support BBBEE audit processes as necessary.

Moreover, the HR Officer will provide assistance to the Divisional HR Manager and General Site Manager with any other reasonable tasks pertinent to the organizational environment.

Qualifications
  • Diploma / NQF level 6 in Human Resource Management - Essential
  • Bachelor's Degree (3 years) / NQF level 7 in Human Resource Management - Preferred
