About the Role

The George P Johnson Experience Marketing team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Integrated Production department. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality events and experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and coordinators, ensuring seamless execution of events and projects.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including agendas, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue searches, site visits, and team travel arrangements.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Support the development of project timelines, estimates, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience in event management, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and other productivity tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
